In this  week's episode, following mother's day in the US, I bring you some tips and insights, drawing from a timeless quote, "a l’impossible nul n’est tenu" ("no one is/should be expected to do the impossible"), sharing why I believe imperfection is so important.

Whether grappling with neurodivergence or striving for achievement, my message for you today is: you owe yourself compassion, not the burden of the impossible.

Then, I invite you to braindump all the things you wish you could delegate and pick 1  where you could ask for some help right now. Brainstorm some ideas to put it into action and let me know what a difference it makes.

Have a great WE!
